Lighter weight option from onion scissors to fruit snips
The "onion scissors" or fruit pruners (HP-SE65) have long straight 3" blades. They are specifically designed for pruning flowers, herbs and the leaves and roots off onions and similar allium vegetables while harvesting. This slightly lighter weight version of the Fruit Snips have resin handles and are designed with ergonomics in mind. The blades are replaceable and can be sharpened with the Carborundum sharpening stone.
