Hazel Hoe

I don't make this hoe, I just put a handle on a head that's made in Wheeling, WV by Warwood Tool Company. They've been forging hand tools for railroads, foresters and blacksmiths since 1854. This 6 1/2 inch wide, adze eye grub hoe, called a "Hazel" in forestry, has a 4 3/4 lb. head that mounts on a 34" hickory handle. Intended for clearing heavy scrub for firebreaks in hilly terrain, this is the most powerful ground scalping tool you can get.
