Forged Compost Fork

When you have to pitch compost from one pile into the wheel barrow or onto a bed, this forged 6-tine fork will do the job. Forged from a single piece of 5160 steel, with tines around 1/4" thick drawn down to a point, this is a fairly light tool with a high strength to weight ratio. Also works for hay and other light materials. The tines will have some flex from side to side due to how thin they are, but they are heat treated to resist bending up and down. This isn't a digging fork or a fork for prying, but rather is used for transferring fairly light non-friable material.
